Worked some on the old walkway. Knocked out a bunch more while the weather has been nice.

Walkway

Its been awhile since Ive messed with the walkway.

The weather was nice Yesterday, so added a little bit to it. I probably should have ran the weed eater before.

I also took some of the fence down.













So far we have been happy with it.

Pathway Update2

Found some more bricks, and leveled out a little more.

We are happy with the way it is looking, but we still need to buy some sand to put in the cracks. If you have any ideas, please comment.

Pathway Update

About a month ago, the weather was nice, so we took a little section and leveled it out some.






















Last Friday I picked up some more bricks. Friend did not want them anymore. I keep searching craigslist for free bricks and stones. I've seen some, but to far to drive. I'll keep looking. Spring is near, and I bet there will be some people re-landscaping.

Walkway

Found some more bricks!


Added them to our work in progress walkway. Again, once we get them how we like them, we will level them out.

Im still looking for more bricks and stones for a walkway out to the fire pit. So if I come across a different style brick or stepping stones, I want to be able to put them in with this group as well to make it look more random.



I see a ton of free bricks on craigslist, but they are a far drive. They are out there!

stone/brick

Found these on craigslist, not sure what they are called. Some kind of man made retaining wall stones. Wish I started looking for rocks and bricks sooner on craigslist. I have a lot of areas to put walking paths and walls.

I plan on using these for a fire pit ring.

Stone Work 

We had these stepping stone a long time. Earlier this year I finally put them in the ground to make a walkway.

Found a guy on craigslist in the same town giving away some stones. Most of them are thick. Im not exactly sure what I will do with all of them, but the thiner ones will go in the walk way to the back fence.
